Need to ensure your message reached your intended audience? Not a problem as messages can be broadcast to a home phone, cell phone, work phone, email or SMS text message simultaneously – guaranteeing that your message was delivered successfully.
Send now or schedule later
Messages can be sent immediately, reaching your audience in a matter of minutes, or you can schedule messages to be sent at later date and time which is perfect for appointment reminders. Sending your messages is as easy as calling our toll free number, recording your message then just tell us the name of your group and your message will be sent to all of your contacts.
Delivery to Live Person or Answer Machine/Voicemail
Choose whether you want your voice messages delivered to a live person only or live person and answer machine (or voicemail). Delivery to a live person requires your recipients to "Press 1 to accept the call". If the call is not accepted then we'll keep sending the call based on your retry settings - perfect for emergency notifications! Delivery to a live person or answer machine we will just play the message back and attempt to leave the message on the recipient's answer machine or voicemail.
Two-Way SMS
Broadcast an SMS message to your contacts and let them reply to your message. No keywords needed. They just hit reply, type their message and we'll send their response direct to your Inbox!
Visual Reply™
Send a voice message to your contacts and allow them to send a voice reply back to you. We'll capture their reply, translate it to text and send you an email with their response.
Video Messaging
Message Center provides a slick web recorder that allows you to record audio and video directly from an attached web cam. You can record a video message directly from your web cam and insert it into your e-mail message and then broadcast it to group's email addresses.
Emergency Broadcasting
With Message Center Professional it is possible to establish a "panic button" system that will allow you to initiate mass broadcasts from any device without being near a computer or needing an internet connection. What's more emergency broadcasts can be initiated in just one simple step. We assign you a secret keyword that is linked to a preset emergency message and group of contacts. When you text message that keyword to 313131 we'll instantly initiate the broadcast for you. This doesn't have to be used for just for emergencies however, if you are a coach of a sports team and face frequent game cancellations or rain outs, simply create a rainout notification and keyword "rainout" for example, then whenever a rain out occurs simply text "rainout" to 313131 and we'll do the rest for you!
SMS Auto Responder
Set predefined news updates and let your customers or contacts retrieve this information via a simple text message. For example, text "G2CALL" to 313131 and get information back about our product.
Text-to-voice
By using the latest state-of-the-art speech synthesis software developed by AT&T Laboratories, we are able to convert any typed message to a natural human voice. By doing this you can store messages in our message templates database for later use or deliver your message by using our scheduling system. Choose from 3 available voices: Paul, Daniel and Kate.
Email-to-voice
By using the Text-to-voice feature mentioned above you can also send voice messages directly from your own email client (Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail etc.). This offers more flexibility, especially for those with mobile devices and PDAs etc. Use your own email client to setup contacts and groups and send them a message as you if you were sending them a simple email. Our message engine will process the email, convert it to voice via text-to-voice then send it to all your recipient's phones at once.
Email-to-SMS
You can also send your email messages as an SMS message. Just like the email-to-voice feature above, simply type your message (160 characters) into the subject or message body and hit send!
Voice-to-Email and SMS
You can even send your personal recorded voice message as a link in an email and what's more we'll take your voice message, convert it to text and send it as a regular email or text message! You can even create your own email template to use for your outbound group messages.
Bulk Import your Contacts
You can import your contacts or groups using our simple import wizard.
Upload Your own Message
Have a pre-recorded message? You can easily upload a WAV or MP3 file into our system and broadcast it out to your contacts.
Interactive Messages
We capture any keypad response on outbound calls. The response entered is captured and displayed back in your message call log or broadcast summary reports. What's more, you can easily view the responses to your interactive message broadcast in a graphical chart.
English to Spanish
You can send English to Spanish converted messages to any of your contacts by specifying their preferred language in their contact information an preferences. You can convert any spoken audio message to SMS or e-mail as well as any text-to-speech or written message to Voice, SMS and e-mail.
Call logs & Reports
We provide you with three log reports that list who the message went to and the status of each call: Answered, No Answer, Answering Machine, Early hangup etc. We also provide two graphical charts for summaries for any broadcast you make. What's more, we'll even send you a confirmation email or SMS when your broadcast is complete.
Multiple Users
If you need to have additional users on your account - no problem! You can add an unlimited number of users to your main account and even decide who gets access to what. For example, you may only want some users to initiate broadcasts while other users can edit or create groups.
Call Times
Additional options allow you to set the start/end times of when a call can be made and even if you want the call to be made the following day if we couldn't deliver it between the start and end times you set. This is perfect for ensuring your messages do not go out too early or too late at night.
Call Frequency and Retries for Busy or No Answers
For no answers or busy signals, you can set our system to keep retrying sending your message up to 9 times at any given frequency. For example, for emergency broadcasts you may want to keep retrying to deliver the message multiple times every 5 minutes. We give you complete flexibility to do this.
No internet required!
With other message broadcast companies you have to be in front of a computer to initiate the message broadcast. With Group2call you can call our 1-800 number from anywhere, leave a message and instantly broadcast the message to any of your groups. This is perfect for emergencies, sports game rain-outs or personnel out in the field with no computer access. What's more, you can even record your own message and store it for later use then when you are ready broadcast it out from our web interface.
